Is it wrong to have read it like 20 times already? lol

What if I said yes? :p

It's okay, I think I've watched the Byakuya versus Ichigo fight in the BLEACH anime about 8 times now. Never gets old :p

I'm just starting to watch little bits of anime. Can anyone recommend some good anime for someone new to it?

Try the OVA of Rurouni kenshin Reminicence. there are 4 chapters but really intense.

there is also Elfen Lied, 13 episodes, Great story, one of my all time favorites, but a little gore.

FMA is great too, and you can try Gungrave too,

I can kiip it llike this giving names, there are so many great animes,

That's quite an collection you got there :D

I'm just so used to reading subs I don't miss out on the animation haha

Same here. I don't watch dubs because most times, it's an assault on your eardrums :x

I'm trying to catch up my Bleach reading. It's been quite a while. Last time I left it, Ichigo just entered what's his name's world and are battling to rescue what's her name with really big jugs. Anyone know what chapters that part was? Yea I know I'm way behind.

Wow :o

The Bount arc was a filler arc for the anime. Same with the "Captain Amagai" arc.

I can't remember exactly, but I believe what LyhT is talking about is the chapter where Aizen has the meeting with his 10 Espada.

Full Metal Alchemist

Naruto and Bleach are popular too, but you would have to watch it from the beginning.

About Naruto, do you think I should watch from 001, or start watching Shippuuden?

From the beginning of course, you need to know the build of the characters and the plot.

To add more to that. After the Sasuke fight (you'll know what I'm talking about if you watch, it is in the episode range of 123 to 130 or so, I don't remember exactly) you can skip directly to Naruto Shippuuden. That'll cut out about 70 or more episodes of really boring and pointless filler episodes. That's what I'd personally do if watching through all of it again.

Sounds like a good idea :)

If it doesn't skip out any of the actual manga stuff then that's what I'll do.

@Radish: I'll check that out - looks really good :)

Hey everyone. Thought I'd join in this thread now! :D

I pretty much grew up watching animes, although I didn't realise it at the time! :D I grew up watching Pokemon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Shin Chan!

I've been getting in to anime again recently, mainly Ghost in the Shell. I'm currently watching the first series of Stand Alone Complex (I'm up to episode 16: "Ag2O"). I've already watched the movies before that. I'm loving it so far!

Anyone here got some recommendations for good animes? I'm mainly into cyberpunk stuff, but I'll normally try anything out! :p

Wow it's been so long that the Bleach anime is way past where I stop reading the in the manga. That's awesome, now I can watch the action instead. Are there any crappy fillers (like the Bount arc) from when Orihime was kidnapped into Hueco Mundo to the very recent anime I should avoid?

Edit: Wow it seems like I missed more than I thought in the Anime. Last time I remember seeing anything was during the Bount arc. I haven't seen anything since then, only the manga. I'm debating if I should skip the Arrancar arc altogether and go straight to Hueco Mundo.

    • Thanks for liking it! 😊 That's Arch Linux with Gnome.
    • LOL. Can't even quote and edit a comment correctly. Figures you're a Linux user.
    • It won't perform hugely better than the 3080 unless you're VRAM limited in games. Have you tried putting new thermal pads on them 3080 and giving it a good clean to see if you can regain your temps and overclock?
