yeah makes it perfect for reading Dujinshi

Which monitor is it? I spoiled myself by getting a 17'' 1920x1200 laptop earlier last year and can't stand any lower resolution. :p

That promo makes me realize how creepy things can get. This is what I learnt from the promo: BLOOMERS! GIRLS WITH BIG GUNS! YAAAAY! PROPELLERS!

Nothing's creepier than trying to westernize an oriental art. It's like western power yoga.

Currently watching this at the moment. Hard to come by anime like Over Drive, it's good so far :D

Radish?

:D It's already on my playlist. It's the next thing I'm watching after finishing the xxxholic OVA.

I have Over Drive, Nasu and a few other sports anime lined up for me to read and watch before I run my half marathons this coming spring. :D

Cool, recommend me some sports anime? :) I've got some in my MAL lined up, like Hajime no Ippo and Slam Dunk.

I suggest reading Slam Dunk if you don't like the dated animation. You have basically named all the good sports anime right there. ALL the gems of the sports sub genre are manga. I would recommend Touch, H2 and Ping Pong (amazing Seinen manga).

The rest of the sub genre is full of drama and teenage conflicts. If you do think that's your cup of tea, then check out D-ash.

I'm actually going to be watching Yu Yu Hakusho (the arc in which Yusuke goes under Genkai's training) and GTO (and prequels when Eikichi was a badass delinquent) too for motivation since there isn't any other anime or manga that has that tone. I have yet to come across another anime or manga that can beat Over Drive when it comes to sports.

it's just a Hyundai blue H @1680x1050 + this

also yes something more than video quality is going to be lost with that show.

The manga is written by the same author of Black and White, which led to the visual masterpiece, Tekkon Kinkreet.

Might have a look-see then as I loved watching Tekkonkinkreet on the big screen.

Yeah but finding wallpapers for isn't so great so i end up using dujin pages and photobook pictures.

Have you checked out animepaper.net? It's the best user made wallpaper resource. You have to be a contributor to its forums to download though.

Here's where I get my wallpapers. >:D

NSFW: http://nik.bot.nu/ (There's plenty of ecchi/hentai wallpaper)

It scrapes 4chan wallpapers and other resources that I never figured out. You can search by resolution size, keyword and almost every other method out there. I hope it's useful.

Soul Eater is quite possibly the best Shounen anime series I've come across since Eureka Seven. Think of Bleach (demon souls, crazy swords) and every successful aspect of a shounen series from curvacious women to slapstick comedy to cat girls. The high production quality and bland J-pop/rock and attempt at English/Japanese slang scream high quality shounen.

It's a must watch for all you Bleach watchers and readers!

it's not like that most of the time but it does remind me of yee old geocities sites that had nothing but gifs on them.

They could just leave the background wallpaper as black or white instead of stars. :p

    • Got it. Seem like a good improvement. Thanks. But, before we "Add the source to Trusted Sites," how would know if it is trusted or not? Could get messy for not first Knowing" it is clean. See what I mean?

    • I just started using Teams (and “New” Oiutlook) at work (instead of Slack) and both are truly abysmal pieces of software.
