Nice, really like the look of the GITS poster (Y) I need to rearrange my GITS: SAC wallscroll, so I can appreciate the Major more :p

Almost every GiTS poster features Motoko's chest so it was quite hard for me to find a decent one. I was about to get that one but I knew it would be too big to fit in my dorm but then I stumbled upon Animecastle.com. I got both posters for $4.99 each. It didn't really matter to me if they were genuine.

I was specifically looking for a poster with the Tachikoma featured, as I loved their role in SAC and the Major has an awesome stance without showing off her assets :p

Quite like the look of this poster.

nice wallscroll dude

Thanks :)

Watched the second episode of Nodame Cantabile Finale and I forgot how much I love Nodame's character, she definitely knows how to make one laugh with her weird quirks

And now waiting for the last episode of Kemono no Soja Erin, I really enjoyed the storytelling of Erin becoming her own person

New Bleach came out and was actually a decent ending for the filler arc...... but there is another one. Seems like something up with the studio ( at least thats what it said at the end ) so they are doing another filler arc. Hopefully it wont last too long and we can get back to the real action.

It was good to see kid-Nel though :D

Just finished watching Code Geass (which is available on Anime News network Legally for free) the first season anyway. I thought it was a very good Anime however it felt a lot like Deathnote and also felt somewhat like Utawarerumono in the way it progressed. Dark secret in the background however they take forever to get there lol.

at what definition?

Well i've just got finished with Hidamari Sketch x365 much like the first season this show had a healing effect on me much like ARIA this is one of those healing type shows which no matter what mood you're in it will always make you feel better.

( '_____________________________________________________'X)

so now i sit and wonder what to watch next Finish off You're under arrest full throttle? or start something new?

Anyone know of any other titles that are like Utawarerumono, InuYasha (only less girly) Moribito,Rurouni Kenshin, Feudal Japan time line kinda stuff?

MAL usually has good recommendations - http://myanimelist.net/anime/856/Utawarerumono/userrecs

Do the same for the other anime you listed as well :)

Oh nooo, that's terrible news :(

This filler arc wasn't too bad though.. I'm just tired of seeing the same techniques over and over again.

    • Edifier's popular R1280Ts bookshelf speaker can be a nice upgrade for your PC desktop audio by Sayan Sen Yesterday we covered a very nice discount on Sony's high-resolution SS-CS5M2 speakers, which are currently on sale for just $178. It packs the rather rare super tweeter that offers an additional level of clarity and "airy"-ness which a tweeter cannot provide. It's a passive speaker though which means it will require external amplification, which will cost extra. Let's say though that you have a budget of under $150 but still want a decent-sounding speaker that's active. The Edifier 1280Ts can help in this regard, as the unit is currently at a decent price of $130 (purchase link under the specs table down below). While you will not get deep sub-bass from the 1280Ts, you should get clearer vocals and highs like cymbals than a cheaper satellite-based 2.1 system. Obviously the soundstage and imaging will also improve due to the better reproduction of highs. As mentioned above, the Edifier R1280Ts is active and so does not need a separate amplifier, as it's a powered system with its own amplification. A great thing about this model is that you can add a separate active subwoofer to it too using the "sub out" option, which essentially acts like an LFE. This way, you can add in the missing deep bass. The technical specifications of the Edifier R1280Ts are given in the table below: Specification Value Total Output Power 42W RMS (21W + 21W) Driver Units 4-inch mid-range/bass driver + 0.5-inch silk diaphragm treble driver Frequency Response 52Hz – 20kHz Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) ≥85dBA Input Sensitivity Line In1: R/L: 500±50mV Line In2: R/L: 700±50mV Inputs Dual RCA inputs Outputs Sub Out port for external subwoofer Get it at the link below: Edifier R1280Ts Powered Bookshelf Speakers - 2.0 Stereo Active Near Field Monitors with Subwoofer Line Out: $129.99 (Sold by Edifier Online Store, Shipped by Amazon US) This Amazon deal is US-specific and not available in other regions unless specified. • Appreciate the focus on UI performance, but this is going the wrong way. Instead of optimizing performance, coding to lower latency, etc. this is just throwing horsepower. This is lazy.
    • I agree, but that's the popular online opinion about them, so I followed it. I do think they have their point, no matter how combative they sound most of the time.
