Indeed, suddenly Ichigo becomes superpowered and is easily able to match Aizen? I'm getting a bit peeved to be honest. On the one hand, you've got a superpowered villain who just cannot seem to get anything wrong despite everything being thrown at him and then guy who always gets beat up but comes back stronger. And now their roles are reversed? Plus the fact that Gin, one of my favourite characters in BLEACH, is either dying or will be dead!

Urgh (But I still follow it just to know what's going on :p ).

Scirwode

Ya, the extreme powering up is getting old, but I like the twist on this one sort of. Everyone just confused as hell because Ichigo has apparently no spiritual power. So what is up with him now? What happened inside the wormhole that made his father pass out and Ichigo to come out so insanely strong yet without a single ounce of spiritual pressure. And I loved the way Aizen's face was drawn, and how surprised they made him. Was just epic with all that has already happened.

I was hoping more from Gin, his double betrayal was just amazing and I want to see more from his character now. His character was always shady, and I had always suspected him to be plotting against Aizen in some way.

Can't believe I put off watching Planetes for so long. Began watching the series yesterday, 8 episodes in and it's freaking awesome. I'm engrossed with the philosophical/political story and the animation is top-notch by Sunrise (Y)

Ack, off the front media page! :p Time for a bump

Well, new Bleach and Naruto manga out.

Bleach was great! I'm loving the new ichigo and Aizen's reactions. I love how Aizen kept saying all that was happening was due to his power, then at the end, Ichigo is like," Actually, those mountains moved not because of your sword, but because of mine." Just brilliant!

Naruto was great as well. Loved how the shark dude ended himself, and can't wait to see how Madara treats papergirl ( im horrible with the side characters names lol )

That looks awful.

The manga: The male lead is a complete pervert and keeps thinking of the most lewd things possible and also works out a lot. The female lead is a big busted, naive girl who's on the verge of breaking down.

The movie: Metrosexual, teen bop stars trying to survive?

I lol'd.

It reminds me of the (horrible) live action trailer for Saikano when I was searching for the manga.

I loved the Saikano movie as well.

Also Battle Royal, and all three of the Deathnote films.

But as usual, he's gonna get his ass kicked and blah blah blah.... you know the story. But it was exiting manga non the less. BTW the paper girls name is konan.

Thank you lol. I don't know that about Bleach. I have a feeling we are seeing its end very soon.... Whether there will be another type of arch is unseen, but this story is coming to a close. It is hard to fathom a new story under bleach, especially since this one has been going on for so long. Sort of the same boat with Naruto. When these main villians, that have been the main enemy throughout 200+ chapters finally goes, what could possibly be next that we will want and support? Will be a sad day when it ends, but everything has to at one point :)

Just finished Arakawa: Under the Bridge. ...

I've gotta' admit, I didn't really laugh a whole lot, but for some reason I kept on watching it. The humor was similar to Gintama but just didn't seem as funny. I mean, it's definitely a comedy... And a good one. I'm just hard to please. The characters were really awesome. Star was cool 'cause I recognized his voice as Sakata Gintoki from Gintama. And one of them was Hasegawa! Sister was hilarious :p

I hope they continue it, as it ended kind of randomly.

Brilliant show. It begins the main 'story' near the middle, and thats where the real awesomeness kicks in. Sci-fi at its best

I watched one episode a couple weeks ago, and havn't watched any more yet.

Ichigo stopping the zanpaktou with his bare hand... what would've made it more epic is if he would've slashed him immediately after sort of mirroring what had happened in soul society way back when between those two.

why don't you post more spoilers...

I was just to ask that myself. LOL. Just watched it actually. I really liked the arty style in this episode. I felt it the inkblot effect gave it a rather unique touch to it (and it also doubled back as a means of censoring :p). The plot wasn't too great but it does have potential to become better.

Jubei floating down

reminded me of Shukufuku no Campanella (I hope it doesn't turn out like that though; dropped it after about 6 episodes into the series). I also liked the music that accompanied the action sequence at the beginning of the episode.

Your thoughts?

that was blood drops not inkblots and i don't like forming an opinion till ep 5 or 7.

    • I think this will appeal to a lot of enthusiasts. If the thermals are similar to those of a single system in a compact case, many people running multiple systems may choose to combine them into one machine, provided the case footprint remains reasonable.
    • No, "a great deal" for 32GB of DDR5 is $50, not $350. I mean I see what you mean, that it's a decent price compared to what's currently available, but you really should put a disclaimer in this articles explaining that it's still multiple times more expensive than it used to be.
    • Linux 7.1 stable launch looms as Linus Torvalds releases the final release candidate by Paul Hill Linus Torvalds has just released what’s expected to be the final release candidate of Linux 7.1, rc7. The Linux founder said that this RC is not small, but smaller than recent releases, which is a good sign because he expects the stable version to drop next week if things continue on this trajectory. Linux kernels see a merge window for the first two weeks of their life, where developers add new features, then there are about seven or eight weeks of release candidates before the stable version. Typically, there are seven release candidates, but if more time is needed, then an eighth release candidate is released too. This week’s RC’s biggest area of fixes was for GPUs, with networking just behind. Torvalds said that the rest of the release was “pretty random and spread out” with some architecture fixes, driver fixes, filesystem improvements, and build fixes for more unusual configs. In terms of specific pieces of hardware receiving improvements in this update, we had more AMD Zen6 models supported and fixes for AMD SDMA 7.1 and GFX11. Hardware that got improvements includes Lenovo laptops, HONOR laptops, and MSI laptops. Here are the changelogs for those: ASoC: amd: acp: Add DMI quirk for Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 Input: atkbd - add DMI quirk for Lenovo Yoga Air 14 (83QK) Input: atkbd - skip deactivate for HONOR BCC-N's internal keyboard ASoC: amd: yc: Add MSI Raider A18 HX A9WJG to quirk table ASoC: amd: yc: Enable internal mic on MSI Bravo 17 C7VF When the stable Linux 7.1 is released, it will be up to distribution maintainers, such as Canonical and Red Hat, to release the update to their users via the update manager. Some versions of Linux will get it before others, and some will never get it at all. Fedora and Arch-based distros will be among the first to get it, though. If you don’t get it, the security fixes will be backported to your system’s kernel, so you won’t be at risk, but you won’t get newer hardware support, which is fine if your computer works now.
