Does anybody know how one would go about shutting down Norton AntiVirus 2009? There doesn't seem to be an option within the program and even when I can find a process in the task manager, it won't let me end it.
It was Japan's Ministry of International Trade and Industry that temporarily placed the console on an export restriction to anywhere because it's high-speed graphic processing supposedly could be used for missile guidance. It was later allowed for export to the US, Europe, and other allies but still restricted for some countries like Iraq. Did the US lobby for that? Probably but it's weird to word your comment like the US had total over that.
