Heroes Volume 4 : Fugitives

Recommended Posts

That new guy I thought would have an awesome power...I wondered why he wasn't using it when HRG confronted him but now we know...he needs water (or maybe not...he could survive like dangerous gas explosion as well but I doubt it)

Interesting, can't believe Sylar went back and saved the kid.

He's not as evil as he was now it seems which is good and bad...good because he has a conscience and bad because we love him slicing and dicing.

3.17 "Cold Wars"

Episode 3x17 Cold Wars and Beyond:

1) Of course for those of you that have seen the promo for next week already know that the episode is a HRG Centric Episode. Jack Coleman himself said he was looking forward to this episode in his own blog.

2) HRG will be interrogated by Matt in order to learn his motivations

3) As we mentioned last week Daphne is not dead (according to various set reports and Brea Grant herself) and we will find out what happened to her. Matt will eventually realize he has to save Daphne.

4) We will see how Angela is connected to HRG's plans to "catch" the Heroes

5) Kristin from E! Online is reporting that Washington DC is in danger to explode and we will learn which Hero is connected

6) We will learn how The Hunter and his men have information about all the Heroes.

If he turns out to be rebel, I'll quit the show.

I don't think HRG is the rebel, because Claire got a text from the rebel while they were all eating dinner remember?

Doubt it's Nathan either.. Honestly this Alex guy we have no idea if he is good or bad yet, why would Nathan take the chance of allowing a bad guy to get free.

I think its someone working WITH Nathan though, in the central office.. I just don't think we have really seen them yet.

Or its Angela feeling guilty about it all, and helping out in some way

Even Alex Woolsley needs to come up for air sometimes.

Alex Woolsley's day started in Sam's Comics. It ended with hiding for his life in a stranger's bedroom. Wouldn't you have a few questions?

Easter Egg

chapter125_ee.jpg

I'm starting to think Rebel is Angela Petrelli. It needs to be someone who can see the future because how else would they have sent a fax to Ando and Hiro two days before they got there. Also, in last weeks episode when she is talking to Nathan she is looking over files of people including the Hunter. I don't think she is working alone however.

I was a big fan of the show but the more I watch this season the more I lose interest. The only plot line that seems interesting is Sylar's but that will get old quickly too

I kind of agree with this. Right now, there really isn't a sense of direction for any of the characters except Luke and Sylar. Luke simply wants to have an adventure and feels going with Sylar is the best way to get the excitement he has been looking for in his life. Sylar, in his pursuit to find his father, seems to be developing emotions and realizing he could finally use a friend after having such a lonely life as a former watchmaker and current serial ability acquiring career. He just used the tracking briefcase as an excuse for why he even bothered to save Luke from the feds. The rest of the heroes are just getting random messages from the rebel and going to random places to warn/save people. And again, Tracy's scenes prove to be just a bunch of episode filler. Seriously, how many times do we have to see Tracy sweating? So glad they will be getting rid of her somehow in a few episodes.

    • I think every American should have a course in a 'dry sense of humour' at school; and perhaps 'using sarcasm in jest' oh, and also 'the use or irony in humour'. Slapstick is just about all Americans can understand. It's a pity, as this is the most basic of humour, that requires no thought at all. It's hilarious to watch a whole room collapse with laughter while yanks sit scratching their heads...
    • What they really need to do is automatically spell "loses" and "lose" correctly since nobody seems to know how to anymore. Then they blame spellcheck/autocomplete and don't realize autocomplete is just filling in the word for them automatically so it was misspelled in the first place.
    • If someone chooses to continue using SB and therefore goes through the manual intervention in the thread, afterwards the BSOD problem is gone. Whether they then re-enable the task doesn't matter, they're done, though on such machines it might pay to keep it disabled in case the next update (if there is a next) causes the same problem. OTOH, if someone disables SB in the BIOS, the problem is also gone. Incidentally, I noticed that this task exists even on machines that don't support SB. It's just installed across the board...and runs. Doing what on such machines is a little hazy.
