Heroes Volume 4 : Fugitives

Recommended Posts

CBR has the Behind of the Eclipse Up! and this is the best question :p

?Are Peter and Sylar ever going to do battle again? The rivalry between them has resulted in a few skirmishes, but never a real all out brawl. Are there any plans to have them duel again??

Yes. But of course, you may have to wait until the last chapter of the volume. That being said, we don?t think you?ll like how this one turns out.

Sylar would win because they keep gimping, nerfing, and retarding Peter.

Yeah I think Peter will die by the end of the season thus making Sylar the almighty god of the show  :p

Nowhere Man Confirmed as 4th Web Series

dhl%20tweet2.jpg

David H. Lawrence who plays Eric Doyle confirmed via Twitter that the webisode will focus on his character and that we will all be "surprised"

Also thanks to Nathjan for the heads up about an article from TubeFilter that also confirms that the webisode will be a direct continue of Eric Doyle's storyline and feature other characters from the show.

More Let Go by NBC

Before I begin this post, I would like to say we have emails sent in to our NBC contacts to get any official word, but they of course are all sleeping right now.

About an hour ago I got a tip that Heroes writer Chris Zatta (Parasite, Dying of the Light and Cold Wars) was let go by NBC. Yes basically fired.

I was trying to confirm the information so I decided to make a post on Twitter and thanks to a few followers it led me to the 9th Wonders forum, where a poster there received a letter from Chris Zatta himself.

Instead of summarizing the letter I am posting the whole post for you all to read and analyze on your own.

Two things to note are we have NO "official" confirmation and the letter does use "writers" plural

Could the recent ratings slump and lowest ratings overall for this past week's episode Cold wars lead to Zatta's dismissal?? What do you all think!?

Hey all. Got this letter from Chris Zatta. Not good.

"Hey Isa,

Regarding next season, I haven't heard anything official from NBC either. But the writers have been moving forward with the idea that there will be a Season 4. Hopefully NBC will announce something to confirm it sooner rather than later.

On another point, I am sad to say that I am no longer with Heroes. NBC decided to cut back on the budget for the show and part of that plan involved downsizing on the lower level writers. It's been wonderful emailing with you this season and hearing the fan reactions, but I will have to put you in touch with someone else on the show for now. For the time being, I think it's best to give you the email address for Bill Hooper. He's the script coordinator on the show and he's been an amazing go-to guy on what's happening."

I can not even begin to express how furious I am right now. Please note that Chris used the plural when he talked about the downsizing..."writers." I'm going to try and find out who else we lost.

We really gotta start coming together and getting word to NBC that we still support our show. And the people involved.

Heroes is lacking a plot.

Season after season there will always be "a company" out to get the "villains".

With Volume 4, Season 2 and 3 was nothing more than a meaningless side story.

I continue to watch Heroes, but am not eager to rush to it when it airs.

More Sylar = higher ratings.

Full Summary of Behind the Eclipse:

1) We will learn more about Rebel's texts

2) As we move forward in the season, the board in Building 26 with the Heroes will become more formalized with columns of killed/captured/at large

3) Alex being chased by the government is just a mater of numbers he is not as powerful or big of a "threat" as tohers

4)Episode 3x25 - Claire will have a conversation with Sylar about her immortality

5) Right now Matt can only connect with Usutu

6) Episode 3x20 Cold Snap - We will learn more about Ando's powers

7) Episode 3x20 Cold Snap - We will also see Tracy tapping into the full potential of her ability even possibly freezing things at a distance.

8) Virginia Gray (Sylar's Mom) will appear again

9) Alex's underwater breathing is limited to water

10) In response to why Sylar saved Luke, the writers said he is finding himself, BUT then say "stay tuned ? I don?t think many of his relationships last too long". I wonder if that means Luke might be around too long.

11) If you are expecting a duel between Peter and Sylar you will be disappointed

12) Tracy will be seen in every episode because the storyline will move into DC

13) We might eventually learn about Adam's past

14) The scene revealing how Peter gets his scar was in Episode 3x13 (Finale of Villains) but was cut

15) There is probably a way someone could "beat" Sylar's lie detector ability.

The latest TV Guide article that features new cast member Zeljko Ivanek who plays Danko aka The Hunter. It is a nice read about the actor and has a nice little tidbit that we will see him team up with Sylar.

Just the thought of them sharing some scenes together has got me interested, however why they team up is even better. Apparently to track down a shape-shifter on the loose in a crowded nightclub.

So is it possible that Sylar will gain the shape shifting ability and become President as Nathan after all!? When will this scene occur!? Depending on when this article was written is the key. The last I heard they were close to filming the finale (Episode 3x25) so expect this happen towards the end of the season.

The article also confirms that in this week's Episode 3x18 Exposed, The Hunter suspects Nathan has an ability and goes after Peter and Matt.

Anyone see the promo from last night?....end of luke already?

    • This is of course "clickbait" WTF? It is literally your example but tech based. A "clickbait" title is a sensationalized headline designed to manipulate readers into clicking a link using things like "fear" rather than delivering objective facts. A "clickbait" headline also usually provides little value compared to the hype generated. How does this headline not qualify? It's a generic often reused headline that is overly sensationalized. Oh no! "millions" can't use this app anymore. It has no basic facts like what f*cking app. You read the article and it's the Samsung VPN which no one cares about and there is a million free VPNs. How are you defending this ######? Headlines like this (and among other things) make me read Neowin much less than I used to in the past. It's trash...
