PIM Backup

IRIS Browser (Webkit for Windows Mobile - better than Opera and PIE combined)

TomTom Navigator (obviously not free, but the best there is)

Modaco NoData (No more errant data connections)

Google Maps

PocketPuTTY (Nothing beats rebooting an Apache server from a pub in London ... )

Network Folder Plugin for File Explorer (makes network shares much, much easier!)

CABViaActiveSync (Modaco again - strictly not a Windows Mobile app, but insanely useful.)

Microsoft Remote Desktop for Windows Mobile

CorePlayer.
