http://www.mandolux.com/ has loads of high res wallpapers designed for multiple monitor support or to use individually. They supply them in standard wallpaper sizes from 1024x768 up to 2560x1600 and also links to the original if you want to crop differently.

Thanks, actually I haven't tried 7 yet, I think it looks too blue for me, If I can make it black I'll be happy :)

Also I like the larger "large icons" in the quick launch like you had in XP, but I don't see a way to get that size in the Vista quick launch, but the text descriptions seem to balance that area for now.
