ok, I fixed my particular problem by using WinSCP and going to:

/private/var/stash/Themes.icteCy/Glasklart GUI.theme/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/

and changed the size of SBDockBG to 45pixels high instead of 91.

Apparently the latest Winterboard requires docks to be of a certain size.

Now the dock looks better and allows other spacing to be better too.

Here is my iPhone 4 theme, and changed fonts. FontSwap does not work for system fonts on iPhone, manual replacement is necessary.

New to this whole Jailbreaking malarki but here goes:

Theme: Glasklart Classic 4.0

Wallpaper: vWallpaper - one of the default ones in the online repository.

Lockinfo skin: High Gloss

Pretty sure all of this can be found in the default repo's on Cydia.

Care to sare the config for your lockscreen. Moreso the clock. I have lockinfo on my i4 but don't have that clock
