I almost have the same issue with DSL, I cant get DSL installed in my area so my alternative was using 3G mobile network with a Huawei modem to get internet (with 6GB limite :( ). Check with ur mobile network for sure they provide internet over there network at acceptable price. I can't wait for WiMax to be released in my area, I will migrate as soon as it is released.
