how much sleep do you get ?

I average probably about 7-8 hours of actual sleep, lately I've been finding it hard to actually get too sleep. For some reason every few months I'll have a week or two of slight insomnia.

Something weird about my sleep patterns is I tend to wake up loads throughout the night, although this doesn't really effect me (don't feel tired in the day) and I seem to function pretty well with my 7-8 hours of waking/sleeping.

Even tough you don't feel tired, you should consult a doctor about it. A Sleep Medicine specialist would be the best but they are extremely hard to find.

I usually get around eight hours, but it never feels like enough. I'm in pretty good shape, eat a healthy breakfast and stay active throughout the day, but around 3 PM or so, I'm dog tired and feel like I need a nap. I feel like a 70-year-old trapped in a 25-year-old's body.

work for me starts at 6am mon, weds, thurs, sat and sun. so i'm up for 5am... usually in bed for midnight, so 5 hours a night.

tues and fri... my days off, usually sleep in till 7am or so, or whenever my 4 year old gets me up...
