You see the windows 7 beta links.

Now whats the difference between :

Windows 7 Beta (x64) - DVD (English)

en_windows_7_beta_dvd_x64_x15-29074.iso

and

Windows 7 Beta Checked Build (x64) - DVD (English)

en_windows_7_beta_checked_build_dvd_x64_x15-29064.iso

Whats Beta checked??

Also is this build 7000 or build 7015 or something else?

It's definitely on Connect. Got my keys, and both x64 and x86 flavors are downloading.

Guy asking about checked builds: Don't bother, unless you're a driver developer of some sort.

Driver developers use the checked build of Microsoft Windows to identify and diagnose operating-system-level problems. In the checked build:

• Many compiler optimizations are disabled to make it easier to understand disassembled machine instructions and trace problems.

• Many debugging checks are enabled to help identify internal inconsistencies and problems, including:

• Parameter validation checks

• Internal checks for operating system correctness and consistency

• Informational checks and tracing output, often documented in Microsoft Knowledge Base articles

Most checks in the checked build determine whether values in parameters or data structures are within anticipated typical ranges. Successfully debugging drivers with the checked build requires the developer to understand the reason for each failure that the checked build finds.

Same for me! Ultimate showed up as "Windows 7 Beta Core Download Package (Contains Everything Most Participants Need)", including the mp3/media patch with it. Cool!

If you weren't already accepted into the technical beta program (listed as the "Windows 7 Beta Program" on Connect), via email invitation, you wont be finding it on Connect.

I guess that is the reason why I can't see it;)

Check the md5 and see if its the same as :

773fc9cc60338c612af716a2a14f177d

When my download finishes I can verify MD5 and CRC. Please wait....

File sizes match...SHA1 is a match.... It appears the leaked torrent (3.15 gig) of X64 is a match. :)

      Thanks free chatgpt. The issue is, with most browsers, is you shouldn't need tools to remove anything. It is the whole point of extensions. The only browser so far to man up and be honest that it needs money to function is Brave Origin. Don't like the monetisation and code bloat, have a clean browser for a one off $ charge. Firefox used to be that, but now it is a code bloat browser, hiding AI.
