Microsoft Windows Site seems to be a hell of a lot more responsive now, must of brought more servers online to share the load it would seem.

I get 'Server is too busy' after selecting the language and clicking the arrow to proceed to the download.

Yes, when it was working. You'll get an email that says the following:

Thank you for registering with Microsoft.com.

Final Step

To verify that you own this e-mail address, click,

Click the link in the email, and it takes you to a profile.microsoft site, to confirm your email but it says server is too busy as well.
