I had a lot of trouble with the 32 bit version, couldn't get over 200mb's downloaded before it stopped, downloading the 64-bit version now, it is 76% complete so hopefully it will finish this time.

well i'm still looking for the german 86er version to download it.. i started about 500 times over the last 15 hours.. the best was 2,2 gb downlaoded before stopping.. now the download stops at 120mb.. :mad:

Guys, I really need some help. I was using a 'key' before, so I decided to do the old vista trick of removing the key and rearming so that I could reenter it and maybe it would work. I guess I'm wrong, I have a x86 and x64 cd key, the problem is they're apparently invalid?

Bad thing is, even though the one that Beta1 posted are invalid, the computer actually verified them, where with my keys it doesn't.

Is there any kind of forum for this on Microsoft's website so that I could find out what's going on?

EDIT: My friends' vista beta key worked! :D

just tested guise the same rule as PDC 6801 vista beta/RC1 keys are activating and working in beta 1 7000.

The greasemonkey script worked for me and I finally got my key. Came back to the computer and the taskbar was flashing on Firefox so I thought "great, it errored out" but to my surprise I was greeted with a key! Yay! :D

Also, that check4change script. Does it only refresh a site every n seconds or does it actually stop when something on the site changes?

You will always get the same key, unless you log in with a different live account.

Any method is good. It's just that greasemonkey and c4c save your fingers from hurting after pressing that F5 key for a zillionth time.

The same way as you'd get the 64-bit one. Just change 64 to 32 in the productkeys address. Don't forget about logging in to technet and pasting them addresses the right way. Also, a 64-bit key works with 32-bit W7 just fine.

That's because you didn't follow the instructions. You won't get a key that way.

Because of people like you, who have three browsers each and 10 tabs open, the thing is foobar. Get real.

If I were MS i'd collect IPs from users who hammer and ban them. I had one tab, 1 min refresh rate and I got one.
