Anyone want a QUAKE LIVE invite?

Recommended Posts

Thanks to who ever sent me the invite.

I registered, and it said it would send me a confirmation email. That was 30 min ago, no email on initial registration. Does it usually take this long? Nothing in spam or junk mail either.

if anyone can send invite to me i will be v.happy :)

What part of NO ONE POST WONDERS do you not understand?

I have 5 invites to give out, but they'll only be going to long time GH members.

Will be reserving one of them for now too as I think a friend wanted the beta.

Munky amigo, what's your handle in game?

I wanna toss you on my friends list.

Did nobody read the NDA, that they agreed to when they signed up. They could take legal action on Neowin for having this information up.

No they can't.

It's an invite thread. Nothing more .. nothing less.

Speaking of which..

I have 5 invites.

Well Andrew-DB, Munky has not sent me invite, so would take one from you if thats ok.

What do you need from me?

Toss me your email.

I'm a bit interested on the technical side here. For anyone who has played this, how does it work?

From what I can tell.. it's an extremely complex MSI Flash package for browsers.

It's utterly amazing.

Question. How long does it take on average to recieve the invite after the person has sent it to you? Atleeit sent me an invite just before 11 today, but I still haven't recieved it. BTW, I have checked my junk email folder, and it's nothing to do with spam filters. I've got Outlook set to never delete any suspected junk email, because a fair amount of normal stuff of mine gets caught in there, and it used to be hell.

according to the invite system.

Note: Invitation emails will be sent out once an hour. Depending on their email service it may take up to a few hours before your friend receives the email. Please make sure to let them know to be expecting an email from [email protected], and to verify that the email does not get filtered into their spam folder.

    • I am not surprised because life is the product of a lot of biochemical and physical processes that releases various energies as a by-product. The only thing new here is the detection of these photon emissions. The researches noted this "glow" is not a metaphysical one. They don't even immediately end when one is dead. Things like fires, light bulbs, and on a bigger scale stars release a lot more "light" and they are hardly alive.
