DigitalE
I did some video editing at a friend's house using Sony Vegas, and after exporting the video I'm left with a .mpg file with just the video and a .ac3 file with just the audio (for burning to DVD). Is there a simple way to combine these two files into one? Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/730988-combining-mpg-and-ac3-into-one-file/ Share on other sites
TGT
Humm, working with mpeg files are a pain. If you're burning the video straight to DVD anyways; using a (freeware) program like DVDFlick, you can select both the source video and audio separately to be burned. You will lose some video quality, as this would re-compress the video file for a second time. If you are able, it's probably more worth it to go back to your friends house and re-export the video as an uncompressed AVI and then encode and burn that to disc. Hope this helps!
