Problem with IE6 windows

Question

Br0lly    0

I have various hypotheses, but they've all been proved wrong; my windows keep closing on me. I would have one window open then I go to the other window and then the previous one just closes. In some cases I would open a new window and then the other will just close; not good when your doing multiple things on the net. Its really frustrating me, because I thought maybe it closed because of inactivity, but I know of no tweak or feature that asks me that or any that I set that feature to.

This all started after I was inputting new icons in for old icons, but it seems as if IE6 is the only program that is acting this way. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Can someone go into their registry

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMain

look for this value: AllowWindowReuse

please tell me what your data says, is it 0x00000000 (0) or 0x00000000 (1)?
