NEVER85 Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 A member of the household recently bought a new laptop so they needed a wireless router. They bought a Linksys WRT160N model. The only problem is, web pages fail to load about half the time, and torrents are extremely slow. WLM and AIM stay connected, but that's it. I turned off the router's firewall but that didn't help any. I also tried connecting both wirelessly and with the cable plugged right in, but that made no difference either.
