The prices of screens in israel's are strange and aren't like in U.S at all, looking at the both sides of the map,i came to these screens, please don't offer anything else, i covered every base i can, scratched every stone for a good screen, thought of dual 19" for while, but came to this conclusion. the battle between

who to pick, and most importantly Why, no blunt "Pick That" remarks will help me, please explain

Pick the E-IPS one. :p

It will have better viewing angles than the TN screen.

I'd say get the IPS one too, the extra resolution is nice, but when do you actually use the full of the resolution? It's hard to get a IPS monitors now a days.
