From the sound of things this game is up my alley.

Just search for the company name neowin, then click on it and in the info it will tell you where it's office / headquarters are located. Just set that location as your destination and have autopilot fly you there to sign up.

I am downloading the game now - will join today or tommorrow. Is their a better race or skill to choose at the very start?

The only difference race makes is what ships you can fly from the start.

You're just going to end up remapping your attributes so don't choose race based on attributes

Done all the tutorials now so how do i join the neowin corp i found it under people and places and it told me where you are based but i cant dock to that location for some reason

Thats weird, I can't find any place that lists the actual restrictions on trial accounts.

You gotta go to one of the corps offices and apply in station

Just click on the corp info and it tells you what solar system / station the office is in.

I am dock'd in some random station on my way back to where i started (forget name) i had to jump 19 systems and it was taking like 20mins so i stopped half way so i could get a shower, didnt want to come back and find my ship in bits floating about empty space.

I am going back to do some training agent missions, balance the books 3 of 10 i am on currently which is requiring me to refine some rock :)

Not really sure what i am supposed to be doing with skills etc and i can't post in the eve forums as i am still on trial
