Once the fixtures are out for the next season (should be soon), then transfer budgets are also announced.

I have been neglecting the management of Real Madrid in an attempt to mimic their real life pathetic management of the team. :laugh:

Don't get me wrong, I'm a Madrid's fan... It's just that their dealings have often been sub-par for the past years.
