8 RC5 codename: Reflection

+updated Jelly Windows to 3.3

+replaced some graphic functions

+optimized code

#Note: I know I've said RC4 will be last release - but while analyzing old core for 9 purposes: I've found few lines I could optimize even more. Moreover I've once more rolled .NET 3.5 to 2.0 - I want to see if this work better.

What can I do - while writing 9 core prototype I need to look into 8 as well (it's faster to find existing declarations, check compatibility etc.) and I've found few things I would like to optimize (aka find & replace... ^-^') and replace some functions with better working.

Would be kind of difficult for so many effects - though there are some presentational video of some on Youtube. You see I always preferred spending more time on developing rather than such stuff as program is so small that it's simpler to just download it and try it Yourself. Especially as it's portable. :)

Moreover I still think it's better if Users make those themselves - it makes them more valuable(at last for me) and usually are more detailed.
