Right click > Send image

Hello

Just wondering when I right click a image (or link) in firefox that I want to send via email, does it have to be a application like outlook or thunderbird? Or is it possible to send the content through gmail?

I forgot to mention I'm right clicking inside Firefox, which then opens up Outlook.

I just want gmail to open in another tab with the like pasted, ready for me to send to contacts.

If you are logged into your Gmail account at the time and you have "Use Gmail" selected in Options... -> Applications tab -> mailto section, when you right-click on the image select "Send Image", it'll open a new tab and do what you requested.

I find I flog this Firefox addon to bits but it really is that good. It's called IE8 Activities. If you install it and then add this Gmail accelerator I'm almost certain you'll get what you're after by right-clicking on the thing you wish to send.

Is it asking too much for gmail to attach the image as well, rather than linking to it?
