[Cancelled] FlashForward - Season 1

Recommended Posts

I watched the web exclusive full episode several days ago but I'll probably watch the hd version tomorrow. I have to say it looks like a very promising show. However, I hope it doesn't end up how Lost has. Don't get me wrong, Lost is great and I still watch it, but it is so stretched out and there are so many loose ends. Flash Forward seems like it may be the opposite, tying loose ends together. :p

Damn it. That's why I usually only come here for TV show stuff. At least people around here know how to use spoiler tags.

Yeah most forums don't have spoiler tags, I mean I love spoilers but alot of people dont :(

Is there a spoiler for how this season turns out? SOmeone posted a spoiler for the finale on another board. I really hope it wasn't true... :(

Any theories as to who the mysterious figure at the stadium was?

Can you PM or link to that, I like spoilers.....whats the connection to lost in the first place?

Last night Modern Family, tonight this... Finally I am excited about tv! I haven't watched a TV series exclusively since who knows when. I loved the story, thought the acting was on par. Did anyone else see Seth MacFarlane?? I could be wrong but it sure looked like him at the FBI office. Great show!!

Edit: It was him!

Great first episode.... Tons of suspense. I even talked my mother in law into turning her TV from Bones to watch it, and she called me back and said she loved it.

It was awesome seeing Seth doing something other than Family Guy... but yeah every scene he was in, I keep waiting on him to talk like Brian or something..

Good first episode. I'd agree with that review about the characters though, although they did have to introduce a lot of characters in one episode so hopefully the 'weaker' ones will become more gripping.

Is the little girl having visions every time she sleeps?

    • It does invite Linux because MS should have been improving their products all along these years instead chose to ignore the users now this year they’re making all of these improvements to their products where as Linux doesn’t have this kind of problems in fact it has gotten so good I can even play Windows games in Steam that I no longer ever needed Windows to carry on with my life, unlike you still use Windows and chose to try beat down down those who don't use Windows because they love their LG TV. (Surprisingly I actually own a 55” LED LG TV and it has been going strong for almost 14 years, longer than any Sony TV”)
    • As much as I love owning my own hardware, it's hard to argue with the value. I'm not a huge gamer, I'd actually be interested in a cheaper plan with limited monthly hours, or even a pay-by-the-hour plan.
    • Well, they (LibreOffice/The Document Foundation) are bitchy and whiny, yes, but they're right, at least this time. It doesn't make sense to market something as "free and open source to thwart dependency on foreign companies' software" but at the same time, using the formats of said companies (Microsoft) by default. That way, you are changing nothing, essentially, you're just using another UI. We all know that users just use the defaults and almost never change them. I'm not saying they should drop other formats altogether, but they shouldn't default to the thing they're trying to run away from in the first place. If you're gonna do something, just go all the way in, don't stop in the middle, IMO. Otherwise, shut up and move along.
