Windows 7 Wrong Cursor for TabletPC Bug

When using Journal or the Text Input Panel, the cursor changes when selecting a tool, which is normal, but when I go back to inking, the cursor remains stuck and never returns to it's original one, the dot. To change it back I have to restart. It's been a bug since Build 6801. Is there still a way to report this bug to MS through the RC?

I have a Lenovo x61t.

edit: The bug does not show up in OneNote.

fujitsu slate (stylistic 5112) with wacom latest driver installed (downloaded from wacom site) + 7100 rc: no bugs.

Are you using a third party pen driver or the one included in win7?

I had this issue too with build 7k on the three non-default screen orientations, but not in the default one. haven't checked build 7100 yet.

primexx could you check it out on build 7100 if you have it installed please?

edit: Yea, I just notice that it only happens in portrait mode.

yea...still happens in 7100

last time i installed the wacom enhanced drivers and this time i'm just using the windows one, same problem.

I reported it with 7000 but evidently it wasn't given much attention since it doesn't affect many people.

I can confirm that this bug has not been addressed in the RTM build. It's so annoying!!!!!

Not at all. It's a well known FACT that Microsoft doesn't fix little things like that in a timely fashion, if ever. Nice try though.
