Anyone notice the last update added gear shift animations.

I noticed the update notes said so and thought" that'll make the people who drive with 60% of their already tiny viewscreen obscured by a virtual car happy"

but I haven't actually seen them, since I allready play on a 40 inch screen, wich at a distance is siginificantly smaller than an actual car windscreen, so I do the sensible thing and play with the hood cam.

only thing i dont care for is i was using a car from the LCE and to people with normal version, i was showing as a generic honda. instead of the 360 Stock Car.

any way for the LCE cars to at least be seen in the Normal Edition for multiplayer?

also, is there a list of what cars you win and when. allot of times iv bought a car ( Focus RS, Lambo Revention, Audi R8 ) and won it a level or 2 later.

Yes, there is.

ahh cool thanks for being a $^%#, what i was googling for was only listing the total car list. i know how to google, i do it before i make posts, although i may not use the same keywords as you do, thus come to different results that may not answer the question

can somebody post a good R2 tune for the CCGT? I'm usually pretty decent at tuning, but I can't for the life of me get the rear end to either not randomly kick out on the straightaways (wtf?) or to not continue turning after the turn. I've tried my luck with the springs, dampers, anti-roll bars and aero but I just can't get it to behave. I'm sure I could lay some quick times with this, but in a race the last thing I want to do is fight the car.

The Koenigsegg cars are very hard to drive.

They are cars where you need to know exactly where you have it at all times and where all the limits are in order to survive.

yes, but my supercharged 900 PI CCGT even when I'm able to keep it straight is only managing a 1:44 on catalunya (my test track of choice) whereas the Lexus racing car at 894PI is getting 1:42 times, and a lot more consistently. I know people are getting the back end under control through their tuning, but for some reason, I just can't get it

have you tried this to diagnose? http://diy-racetuning.net/Forza-Motorsport...cs-balance.html Im using the R2 Koeni and one of the tunes is pretty tough with the other being more easy to control. I do drive with TCS though

    • It saddens me when cars are such dull colours now. Mine is bright metallic blue and I absolutely adore it for standing out in contrast to that depressing backdrop of traffic.

    • lol it was a typo, fixed! haha imagine an actual 4TB Gen4 NVMe for $40 in 2026
    • Get over it, has nothing to do with my point.
    • I really don't like these rounded corners and huge borders in the viewport. They just waste space without anything in return.
