rakeshishere Posted June 3, 2009 Share Posted June 3, 2009 If you are using Vista, you may have noticed that there is no proper thumbnail shown for winamp. It existed but was disabled because of frequent crashes and compatibility issues. Use the below trick to enable thumbnail. With Winamp closed, go to: Start->Run Type: %appdata%\Winamp Open winamp.ini In the [Winamp] section, add: vista_thumbnail=1 Note, this will only work when Winamp is visible on the desktop, but not when it is minimized to the taskbar (where it will still show the Classic skin main window instead).
