Chelsea and Liverpool have produced enough awesome games between them for the next 10 years, let us have a rest.

then they should be ready to produce more epics

Liverpool have no reason to pull a Fulham other then maybe citing they are tired from playing at home to Madrid :pinch:

Sir Alex Ferguson insists Liverpool will not "throw away history" by giving Chelsea the win to scupper Manchester United's Premier League title chances.

The Blues head to Anfield one point clear of United, who visit Sunderland bidding to overhaul the record of 18 English titles they hold with the Reds.

With two games to go, United boss Ferguson said: "They've been in 11 European finals and won 18 titles.

"Great clubs don't throw traditions away for one game. The fans know that."

The 68-year-old Scot added: "Do you think the fans want to go home saying their players capitulated and they didn't try and thinking it wouldn't happen again?"

Liverpool have endured a difficult season, which took a further downturn when they suffered a Europa League semi-final defeat at the hands of Atletico Madrid on Thursday, going out on away goals after Diego Forlan's extra-time strike.

If that's true who's going to take the seat at Anfield?

Mourinho? :p

There is also a rumour going around concerning Martin 'O Neil.. apparently some of his players are moaning that they deserve better than this i.e. they should be playing in the Champions League.. so he might quit or get fired.. 'O Neil can prove to be just what 'Pool needs.. although I don't think Rafa should be fired..

EDIT: P.S.: How did I get all the stars under my avatar and "j00 si teh L337!!"!??! wacko.gifw00t.gif

I don't think they could afford Mourinho tbh plus he wants the job at OT (if you believe the press) so he would burn that bridge by going to Anfield but who knows...he would be epic for Liverpool.

IMO Rafa will definitely go and I think O Neil can do a great work at Liverpool.

Now that City won and Everton drew they don't have anything to fight for, hope they'll field their reserves.

If you don't have a custom title you get this once you post your 1337th post.
