replaced 19 inch screen with a 22 inch one, and replaced my acer case with a larger cooler master one. replaced my crap hp printer with a decent brother all-in-one printer. Also replaced my logitech 2.1 speakers with some nice philips 5.1 speakers, really good sound. Lastly replaced the pants netgear router with a good linksys one.

Thanks for the replies. The case is a Lian-li v1200B Plus II. Cable management in it is proving to be quite a challenge as the case is extremely long. The fans being used are Xigmatek XLF series fans purchased from Microcenter. They run for about $15 a piece for the 120mm. They have a black case with orange blades on them. The LEDs in the fan are white and are extremely bright. I've also used two white CCFL tubes in this case. With the window panel on and the lights going it looks quite nice. Like I said, I'll post some more pics as I clean up the wiring a bit more.

@Capricorn I am not 100% sure why Lian-Li uses the reverse ATX style on their cases. There seem to be two major thought processes surrounding reverse ATX:

1). They did it for aesthetics and just to "look different."

2). They did it for cable management purposes -- bringing your 4 or 8 pin power connector and 24 pin power connector closer to the bottom-mounted PSU.

Either way, I like it because I run two PCs on my desk. This one sits on the left hand side, so I can now see inside the window panel on it while sitting at my desk. My other case is a Lian-Li PC60B Plus II with regular ATX orientation. It also has a window panel and has been designed to match (same Xigmatek fans, same white CCFL tubes).

Ah, number 2 makes sense. Having the 24 pin power connector on the side is already great for cable management though. Mine is places at the left side near the CPU, which makes it look untidy.
