JoeyF Posted July 5, 2009 Share Posted July 5, 2009 Did those lab PC's happen to have McAfee installed? No, but I believe some of our older computers do.... Not looking forward to Monday so far.... What happened was one of our techs had to reimage the computers in that lab, but he accidentally used the wrong image file (from a completely different model of computer). As soon as the computers booted they would go BSOD. It wasn't really a big deal, as all we had to do was image those computers a second time with the correct file, but it still put that lab out of commission for the day :p Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Description From left to right Monitors: 20" Dell - 30" Dell - 20" Dell On Desk: Harmony One remote, iPod Touch 32GB (Almost hidden by the Remote) Logitech Keyboard, Razer Mouse, 17" MacBook Pro (2009 model), Lens Cap. Next to desk in the bottom left corner is My main tower in a Lian-Li PC-X2000 Case its quite tall which is why it is not underneath the desk and the power switch is on the top which just makes things worse! (Specs in signature) Just got these Desk Arms for all 3 of my Monitors, I actually bought them due to a review here on Neowin in the Members area. This is the original review I found here, it may give you an idea. Basically it attaches to the desk like a vice would, the vice will adjust to fit a desk that is the thickness of .63" to 2.6" so that's quite a broad fitting my desk is about .80" thick and it fits quite well and is very sturdy even with the 30" Monitor fitted which is almost the full capacity of the arms weight and it is still ridged and strong. Highly recommended takes less then a minute to get the arm put together and attached to the desk then another minute or 2 to get the monitor on it, standard 80x80 and 100x100 Vesa Mounting holes Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
