Don't even need Photoshop. Just save the source of a Connect page, go in and enter some complete drivel in one of the table cells, bring the idiocy up in a browser, and it looks authentic.

Doesn't have to be Photoshopped. Could be done by using Firebug or other web tools to modify sites on the fly on the client end then take a screen shot (and it'd be impossible to tell that it was faked besides through the actual text/being able to go to the actual site itself). But I agree, this is definitely a fake xD

When I first reported MS Connect download of 7127, I got first 2 pages full of flames, I am used to that.

I simply can't believe people don't use their logic and go out on forums to ask these kinds of questions.

Windows 7 will RTM very soon and they'll have a bunch of fixes to include into SP1 next year. Then MAYBE they will attack Windows 8. Right now, maybe there are ideas on paper (but still....), nothing more.
