From what I learn from a "friend": Big partners like Intel, HP....etc are constantly calling the MS big-shots asking for current situations, and MS had to explain things like what the win7 core guys are upto, build-strings maybe, these info eventually leaks. But then when things like full MD5 or even the ISO is accessible, it means the build had been put to a lower level of authorization.......

Thanks for the info again. So I guess the guy in China claiming to be uploading 16385 to some server for leaking and the whole world is watching, he might not have the actual build after all. It's apparent everything I have read about this assembly is coming from him via pcbeta. The only reliable info we have so far is from the Windows 7 Team blog.

You can say that again. :)

....and speaking about the team blog, guess many people are refreshing it every 5~10 mins. for Leblanc's breaking news, and seeing this instead LOL:

@Faikee Which forum is that? Any news on 16386 compilation?

torrents-ru, I thought 7F guys quote quite a lot from them.

Nothing heard from the Ruskies nor Chinese guy(not aflyingboy, he's just a messenger, and I could never understand why he chose to post in so many English forums while the only English he could do is pasting build strings.)

The long wait continues.........

Looks just like it.

wzor posted voting results for 16385, and it had still 24 "against" votes, or .28%. Contrast that with 7004 votes, or 82%. 1513 people, or 17.71% didn not vote.

While the result seems to be totally clear, they say there must not be any "against" vote.

I just watched late night with jimmy fallon for the first time tonight. They had some Bing websearch contest, and the grand prize was a laptop with Windows 7, and they showed screen captures of the laptop, and it was windows 7, so that wasnt just a mistake. Does anyone know how long they have been doing this?
