Nothing too big in those spoilers...still so much to figure out. I need the spoilers and thank God that Netflix instant queue is carrying seasons 1-4. There is still much more to get answers to that won't come out until the season begins to unravel. At least a new House comes on tonight!

Even spoilers don't ruin it for me. Because actually seeing it is still quite an experience.

Yeah I read the spoilers and still love the episode and love seeing how they pull it off!

Done :)

The title of the fourth episode will be "The Substitute." Rumor has it the episode will focus on Locke. There is some speculation that we will be seeing a false Locke who will be revealed to be a shapeshifter. [Ausiello]

In celebration of LOST's final season and as a project of fan appreciation, 16 top designers and artists, who are also fans of the show, were commissioned to create artwork celebrating one of the series' most memorable, and unforgettable, "water cooler" moments. This ultimate "fan art" was then turned into labor intensive, hand-pulled screen prints, limited to an edition of just 300, with less than 200 available to the public through our websites. Each beautiful poster tells its own different story, allowing the fan to relive memorable and influential moments in an artistic manner, as the show's storied run comes to a close. Once this limited edition print has sold out, they will never be printed again. Celebrate the fandom, community and family created by one of televisions' greatest shows by hanging a little part of it's history, inspiration and influence on your wall.

More set pics and reports ? here's a pic of Jack and Kate at the LAX airport set, plus Claire looking very pregnant. And one pic shows the construction of an elaborate temple set, and another shows the construction of a "rugged rock face." One scene being filmed today involved three gunshots ringing out and a bunch of extras, many of them dressed in the distinctive garb of the Others, running out of the temple. More pics at the link. A source claims both Juliet and Sawyer get "closure" on the island in the season premiere. And the cab driver whom Kate car-jacks is played by David H. Lawrence XVII, the "puppet-master" from last season of Heroes. (And yes, the number 17 is really part of Lawrence's professional name.) [SpoilersLost]

Spoilers Revealed on Flash Forward!

Remember last season's Lost cliffhanger, in which (sorry, but there's a spoiler coming, so if you don't want to read it, you'd better look away right now) Jack hoped that by detonating a hydrogen bomb on the island, he'd be able to prevent the crash of Oceanic Flight 815? Well, some sharp-eyed viewers spotted a billboard in the background of a scene during the FlashForward season premiere which seems to indicate that's exactly what happened, and have been speculating about it over at the ABC message boards.

Wrote feetsdr:

OK, so we all saw the Oceanic billboard. Really cute. But did you read it? The top line says 'Perfect Safety Record'. What's up with that?

To which SpectreNUT replied:

The "perfect safety record" ties in with the fact that Season 6 is going to start out with the "alternate timeline" as if the plane never crashed. The Bomb was detonated by Jack at the end of Season 5 and theoretically that was supposed to change everything. So, based on THAT premise, Oceanic's record WOULD BE PERFECT.

We have no inside information as to whether this theorizing is correct, or whether the series' creators are just playing with our minds ... but it seems to indicate that when Lost returns in January, we'll get to see what it would have been like had Oceanic Flight 815 successfully touched down at its destination. And more than that, it gives us an additional reason to watch FlashForward, if only to be on the lookout for further Lost clues!

    • Microsoft kills AI-powered history search feature in Edge by Usama Jawad In June 2025, Microsoft began rolling out AI-powered history search functionality with Edge 138. The idea was simple: allow customers to use natural language phrases and synonyms to find their desired history items rather than matching keywords exactly. Although the company had already rolled out this capability in a phased manner, it has now decided to cancel it. In an update on its Microsoft 365 Roadmap, Microsoft has announced that it has decided not to move forward with AI-powered history search. The company has not detailed the exact reasoning behind this move, but it has apologized to customers for the inconvenience. The move is rather interesting as it seemingly could have improved user productivity. Edge users wouldn't have to worry about typos or exact keywords, and just focus on what they were trying to locate in their browser history. Microsoft had also assured users that an on-device AI model would be leveraged for this functionality, and no data would be sent to the cloud. IT admins also had the ability to control its availability through the EdgeHistoryAISearchEnabled policy. When the feature began rolling out last year, many of our readers called it creepy, noting that they couldn't trust Microsoft to keep their data on their device. Others also questioned its usefulness, saying that it's simply a way for Microsoft to insert more AI bloat into its products. Although the Redmond tech giant had stated that it will be more mindful about surfacing Copilot features in Windows 11 apps, we later discussed how this is mostly a rebranding exercise rather than an actual axing of AI functionalities. Indeed, a Microsoft executive later emphasized how they want to reshape Windows for the agentic AI era. That said, it does seem like at least AI-powered Edge history search isn't a part of that vision.
    • For you to jump on and defend your sweetheart? I agree, it didn't.
    • Not likely, of course, that we will see routine citizenship checks as they only involve compliance with existing federal voting laws already on the books for decades. This seems a non-issue entirely. Only fools would have the government rush headlong into an AI program few can understand or predict, or even debug...
