Halo Legends first trailer is out

That looked sweet, wonder what segments Mamoru Oshii/Shinji Aramaki directed :D

I liked the BONES/Casio Entertainment/Studio 4?C's segments, Production I.G./Toei Animation's segments were kind of lacking but I'll reserve judgement on those two till it's released(Y))

Radish?

The Batman Gotham Night vids were great, yet I suppose I'm a bit bias cuz I like anime anyways. Yet it's all the same to me, video games, anime. One of them is just interactive.

some people just arent into Anime or any japanese stuff for that matter...

im wondering tho, are they going to do any original material for the animated series, the Casio segment had spaceships i dont think ive seen before, and the Bones segment looked like it had a whole new type of Spartan armour... very mecha-looking stuff, totally different from the Marathon-inspired looks of the games...

Oh god... wtf was that...

At least we would be getting somewhere close to the movie

NO.

This is like promising to deliver ice cream brownie cake for dessert tonight, and instead delivering a flaming bag of dog poo next Saturday.

The only anime I liked fro toei is luffy and that not cause of animation it because of the story. I hope the story of Halo Legends is good because I would be really p*****d if they screw with halo.

Well the official movie is in Spielberg's hands does that make you feel any better?

You guys need to try new things and stop being stuck in what only you like etc.

Sorry, Halo is not a image identity - nor is not a genre - that lends itself even vaguely to anime. You can't put Halo into anime and keep the grave severity of it all in perspective.

Personally I find this offering instead of the Saving Private Ryan'esc live action style that we were promised to be insulting.

    • This makes me think of Dune for some reason.
    • I'm too old to return to the "good old days" when I was installing custom ROMs and tinkering with my devices - now I just want to turn it on and use it. I've read that banking and payment apps work on Murena /e/OS (I'll have to check the ones I use) and I also really want to support Fairphone 😉
