Seems there's a big love hate thing going on for everyone. One moment they love it and the next minute they're in a fit of rage about it. That's why I'm selling my copy tomorrow. The game was impressive to start with, enjoyable after a few hours, and mind numbingly frustrating after numerous hours with 1 or 2 relatively enjoyable moments here and there.

This game isn't worth the frustration and displeasure it gives you. The fun to frustration ratio is far too lop sided.

Quit your yappin' lad ... IW is a top developer ... I've had ZERO problems using the game. EVERY SINGLE GAME has issues at some point with online. The one player game was worth the ?45 I paid to be honest. Absolutely fantastic game.

If its not ****poor matchmaking its lag, if its not lag its "could not connect to host" or "could not migrate host" 5 times in a row, if its not that its smacktards, if its not smacktards its cheaters, its a chore to even play the game.

I belive it and I haven't watched the vid. Main reason I stopped playing shooters on the PC.

Just had a game hosted by a cheat. Now you'd think: "Oh get aimbotted a lot?" Aye I did. But that's not it. Using the official matchmaking system I joined a game with infinite ammo and low grav.

I wish I was joking.

Steam is mandatory if you get it for PC.

That's kinda what mandatory means so yes, you need Steam no matter where you purchase the game from.

I play Hardcore Team Death match (360) and found that anyone using the glitch was immediately Tkd over and over again until they left. Seems that the Hardcore crowd did not tolerate. Then everyone reported him and submitted bad player review so they couldn't rejoin. Really didn't see it much. Not too many script kiddies playing Hardcore, they can not hang.

Same here :). Although now I just have to deal with the fact that everybody else is levelled much higher than I am.
