I have not seen that happen to me yet, yay! :D The thing that has happened to me is I call for a care package, the frekin other team brings the turrets and plants it right next to it, so if we go for it, we die. :(

How do I destroy those things fast?

you can disable them with flash or stun nades (or both i think) and then you can destroy them with bullets.

They still need to fix the care package glitch. That's when you see some loser running around the map knifing with marathon/lightweight/commando and moves super fast and jumps like 50 ft. The glitch is when you get a care package, you equip as you want to throw it but you switch back and you become super fast. In fact so fast that it becomes very difficult for people to even aim at you.

they just to fix the knife full stop. with commando pro you basically become invincible.

even if you shoot the guy first with BULLETS it wont matter. all he has to do is push the melee button and suddenly he'll pull out the "extra long knife with turbo lunge". the amount of times i've put 10 bullets into a guy and he's still killed me isn't even funny.

then of course theres when you dont even get a chance when there are people sprinting round the map at turbo speed because of "marathon-lightweight-commando-care package glitch"

oh and dont forget that the knife AUTO AIMS.

Nope 360 version.

Sounds like to me so more stuff needs to be patched, as anyway you slice it what you described should not be happening all around. It was not their real name as it would not even be allowed on Live, so it sounds like something else has been figured out, and if that was, who knows what else.

Yea, I'm not pinning this one on IW, this is MS's fault. I filed my complaint which will most likely end up doing nothing unless at least 20+ get filed against him. MS needs to realize what's going on.

Well I just completed the Campaign and damn, it was a hell of a ride. Definitely harder than CoD4 I tell you.

Very impressed with this game, now I need to get myself a 12 month LIVE sub so I can play online.

Ha, I found CoD4 easier to be honest, didn't die anywhere near as much. Maybe that's because I own CoD4 on the PC, while I own MW2 on the Xbox...

If anybody is around today let me know! I thought I keep doing good because of the influx of Christmas buyers but every time I look at the other team it is all first prestiges. Apparently I've got the Christmas touch today. :D

WOW! I am HATING online right now! SOOOO many noobs with frekin grenade launchers and I am just being paired up with newbies the past few days who SUCK.

I was playing CTF and my WHOLE team quit and I was the only one there. CTF in this game sucks. :/

Tell me about it. :/ Yesterday when i was playing i only won 2 rounds out of like 10 games i did just because my team sucked badly.

Well I don't play online and all that other stuff, but the campaign mode was pretty awesome. A little too short, but the great story and gameplay took up for that. It seems to leave a door open for Modern Warfare 3. :p

The other night I was doing well. 33 kills to 1 death. All I did was annoy the hell out of people by running around and knifing people haha. But it does highlight that the tables can be turned. Because of my score, I was of course branded a hacker/cheat etc.

I've been using the 45 with a tatical knife. Its a blast. People get so ****ed.

      You are mostly right about the ephemeral nature of it. As I mention in the article, if you dont add a second device or take a backup of your account before uninstalling it, then yes you will lose access to your account. That said, in terms of actual user experience when you sync multiple devices your message history carries across and there's also a Saved Messages chat like there is on Telegram to send messages and attachments between your installs.
