I do wonder how many people still use this over BitTorrent and other means of distribution, but it's nice to see they're still keeping it updated.

I actually gave LimeWire 5 a try a while ago and liked that they overhauled the user interface.

Sorry, not offense to anyone here, but if anyone still uses Limewire, they are not very smart. Tons of viruses and malware in pretty much everything you DL. I dont know how many friends/family PCs I fixed because of Limewire...I lost count.

Not much of an issue when running Mac OS X.

You claim that everyone is certain to get a virus from Limewire yet you don't even know what the RIAA is? Funny...

No offence but for anyone who posts on tech forums to not know who the RIAA are, is suggesting they have been living under a rock for about the last 9 years

Wtf Is the RIAA
The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is a group which represents the recording industry distributors in the United States. Its members consist of record labels and distributors, which the RIAA say "create, manufacture and/or distribute approximately 85% of all legitimate sound recordings produced and sold in the United States".[1]
Exactly. It doesn't make any sense to pay for software where its sole purpose is to pirate materials for people with entitlement complexes. It would be just too ironic.

Suppose someone's gotta present an opposing side to people who are self titled E-Police, and people with RIAA is god complexes. Sometimes I wonder if you actually work for the RIAA yourself.
