El Marto Posted September 28, 2009 Share Posted September 28, 2009 hi guys. right, basically know very little about networking so your gonna have to go easy on me here! im in a house at uni, with 5 people and various girlfirends in and out etc. and i bought an n1 vision for the house broadband. and everyone can connect fine to it. but things like xbox live and PSN etc. are struggling. and i know i have to forward certain ports or set up a DMZ server. problem is there is 3 xboxs and 2 ps3's plus several people using other services requiring ports. do i need to set everyone up with a static ip to successfully forward these ports? or is there an easier way around it? sorry if im being dumb. have tried several forum posts and guides but still cant quite get my head around it. thanks a bunch Mart Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
