I didn't quite understand what the guy on the phone meant; it just sounds like he was saying that when he went to the site it was prompting him the way Hotmail does to re-enter your password, but retains the mail account name... which isn't a hack.. either way I tried to respond!

Thanks for the support - appreciate it, even though my performance was less than groundbreaking! Will post here as soon as I know about the second interview I did. I believe that is going out in about 5 hours time on BBC World Service, but I'll record it and post it anyways.
