Transformers: Dark of the Moon (Transformers 3)

All they need for a fourth movie is a sliver of the cube that has been hidden in Sam's D-Day pants for fours years like the two in his D-Day sweater, then everyone who has ever died can come back to life. BAM! Transformers 4: Revenge of the Dead, with the revenge being that the Decepticons and Unicron can finally convert oil into energon cubes instead of blowing up our sun, and when the oil is all gone, Unicron eats Earth, 'cause you know, that's real revenge!

A production assistant reportedly said the

kiss between Shia LeBeouf and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's characters is the last scene of the film. He also reportedly said that Megatron dies again, although "this time it's final." That may just be a reference to Michael Bay's stated opposition to doing a Transformers 4, but some are taking it as further evidence that a lot of Transformers will die in this film. A casting call for extras has gone out for the film's scheduled shoots in Washington, DC. Of slight interest is the fact that the casting call asks if potential extras have a car, and further if any have "precision driving" experience, which may mean some sort of high-speed car chase will be involved. I have a feeling all the TFs will be wiped out through some major battle or something. Then at the end.. you know a little one survives or something.

Hmmm. I wonder if at some point in this movie Galvatron will make his movie appearance?

I believe they wont be showing Galvatron. Originally that was the thought behind Megatron's resurrection in the second film, but those unfamiliar with the franchise will get confused as to what's going on. If comes back as Galvatron in the 3rd film, its like he is just cheating death all the time...and that gets old very quickly!

Glenn Morshower, best known as secret service agent Aaron Pierce on the fox television series 24, is set to return for Transformers 3. Morshower is one of director Michael Bay?s favorite actors, and has appeared in both of the films thus far. Glenn appeared in the original movie as a military Sargent at the US Soccent, but was killed in the assault by Decepticon Blackout. He was asked to return for the sequel and his new role was named after him. In Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Glenn played ?General Morshower.? The actor?s official website confirms that he is playing a role in the new film, although his role is unknown at this time. I?m sure it?s military related.

"Transformers 3" Accident Injures Female Extra

September 2, 2010 (EAST CHICAGO, Ind.) (WLS) -- A 24-year-old woman suffered a serious head injury during the filming of a car stunt at a "Transformers 3" shoot in northwest Indiana one day before filming was supposed to conclude in the Chicago area.

Extra Gabriella Cedillo of Chicago was injured on the set Wednesday around 7 p.m. along a stretch of Cline Avenue, which was closed to traffic for filming, in East Chicago.

A stunt was apparently being performed during filming when Cedillo, who is not a stuntman, was hurt.

Cedillo is an aspiring actress from Little Village who works as an extra in movies. Cedillo was in her own 2006 Toyota Wednesday when an object crashed through her windshield.

Cedillo lives on the city's West Side with her family. Her neighbor for 20 years, Nate Smith, says she is polite and respectful.

"She's personable, she's quiet," Smith said. "She's not outspoken. She doesn't have to be seen in the neighborhood & she goes about her business."

Cedillo's brother said she goes to school and works another job but would not say where. He said she had been an extra in other movies and that he was planning to go to Loyola Medical Center Thursday to visit his sister.

Sixteen hours after the accident, there was still no official comment from anyone at "Transformers 3."

"The vehicle was being towed by another vehicle," said fellow extra Blaine Baker. "The cable between the two vehicles broke. It whipped around and sliced through the woman's car and sliced through her skull, apparently."

Baker said the car was then dragged along a center divider for about half a mile, "grinding the side of the car off."

A medical helicopter was called in to airlift Cedillo to Loyola. Indiana State Police are now investigating the accident.

"They completely shut it down. The equipment pertaining to the stunt was impounded by the Indiana State Police," said Baker.

Filming scheduled to take place Thursday at 6 a.m. in Millennium Park has been canceled.

Thursday was set to be the last day of "Transformers 3" filming in Chicagoland. It's unknown whether Thursday's cancellation is due to the accident. Security personnel at Millennium Park say other shoots have been canceled last-minute as well.

---

"Transformers 3" has wrapped the production in Chicago earlier. The movie was scheduled to shoot the final scenes at Millennium Park on Thursday, September 2, but it was postponed due to an accident involving an extra on Wednesday. Now, it has been reported that the plan is canceled after all.

" 'Transformers [3]' has completed their filming in Chicago," Richard Moskal, director of the Chicago Film Office in the Mayor's Office of Special Events, says as quoted by Los Angeles Times. "The filming that was canceled [Thursday] was not rescheduled."

Gabriela Cedillo, who was injured on the set because of a stunt that went horribly wrong, remains unconscious as of Friday and is in critical but stable condition at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, relatives say.

"We haven't talked to her," says the 24-year-old bank teller's mother, Rosa Cedillo. The woman adds that there were no immediate plans for surgery, though Radar Online previously reported that Cedillo had undergone brain surgery the night after the accident happened.

Meanwhile, the production company has released a statement regarding the accident. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Gabriela, her family and loved ones. We are looking into what caused the accident," the statement reads.

"Transformers 3" is directed by Michael Bay and starring Shia LaBeouf as well as Rosie Huntington-Whiteley among many others. The action sci-fi movie is set to arrive in U.S. theaters on July 1, 2011.

    • prices are insane its like 140 dollars more expensive, sigh
    • This seems backwards. You should have to explicitly authorize files for outside use. It shouldn't be the default.
    • Wow you are right, I never even noticed this until you said it! (870E Aorus Master) Before testing this card I had a TP-Link tx401 10GbE PCIe card in that slot (now using XikeStor 310 Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter).
    • Lack of 5.1 makes this a no sale. What I really wish creative would make would be a USB version that supports 5.1 analog audio for speakers, can switch to headphone mode, and matches the specs of their top tier cards. The current X870E AMD motherboards dont have a great option for adding a PCIE x1 card without cutting down pcie lanes to the graphics card.
    • The Microsoft Office feature that time forgot by Usama Jawad I have been actively using Microsoft Word for the past couple of decades in academic, professional, and personal capacities. Although I used it through the perpetual version of Office apps at the start, I have been an active subscriber of Microsoft 365 Family subscription for over five years now. This means that my Word installation is regularly updated with new features, some of which I don't really like, but that's beside the point. As new features get continuously added, old ones that used to be a staple of Word have started to take a backseat. While I was reminiscing over my Windows experiences from my childhood today, I suddenly remember one such capability that I heavily used in my younger years but have not really touched in over a decade, and haven't seen in documents created by others either. That feature is WordArt. Just to clarify, WordArt is not a Microsoft product specific to Word, and is included in other Office apps like PowerPoint and Excel too. However, Microsoft Word is the app that I used Word Art in heavily, while making assignments or other deliverables for school. If you're unaware, WordArt offers a collection of styling techniques for text, introducing 3D effects like shadows and reflections in the text. It used to be one of the coolest things ever when I was at school and me and my classmates would often compete to ensure that our assignment's title in WordArt was truly the best and stood out above the rest. See some examples of WordArt, still present in the latest versions of Word below: Although WordArt is undeniably cool, it has taken a bit of a backseat, and has been relegated from the Home tab to the Insert toolbar, along with a bunch of other utilities, making it very easy to miss. This isn't exactly surprising because WordArt doesn't really have a place in academic and professional documents anymore, and while I have seen some creatives using it while developing promo material, even that sector has gravitated more towards dedicated graphic designing tools in the past years. For the vast majority of us, WordArt doesn't really exist, and that's alright. At least, it's still an option that can allow us to reminisce our childhood or even make some quick text stylization, if we really need it. Perhaps its usage has waned over time or the novelty has worn off, but I haven't even seen children use it in their academic assignments anymore. In fact, many don't even know that it exists. Maybe that's the fate of every beloved feature. What once felt cutting edge eventually becomes a relic, quietly tucked away as tastes, trends, and technology move on. WordArt may no longer dominate school assignments or decorate the covers of classroom projects, but for those of us who grew up with it, it remains a colorful reminder of a time when making text glow, bend, and cast giant shadows felt like the height of creativity. Hidden behind a few clicks in modern Word, it still survives not as a productivity tool, but as a small piece of computing nostalgia that refuses to disappear.
