Hey guys, i reshacked now pretty evrything in my shell32.dll except the avi files (taskbars, icons and so on).

Now i created my own avi file to replace the existing flying sheet animations (same alphachannel color used, same measures).

I checked the original avis with videoinspector, and it told me microsoft used MRLE as codec.

I tried to render the avi now in mRLE and uncompressed, but both dont get displayed correct in windows dialogues.

It just displays the animation in other colors, the upper half on the bottom of the animation or crippled in any other way.

Did someone have succes with it yet?

-and if yes, how did you encode your file?
