You've been looking at too much anime nonsense if you ask me.

That's a very manly body if anything, especially the arms, legs, hands, and torso/chest. Only thing feminine is the way he's dressed, with the earring, the hair, rolled up sleeves, etc. If anything, he may just be a homo / metrosexual.
