ryand
Hi I need some help with being able to use bootcamp on my macbook for windows xp ill give you a run down on what I've already been able to do when setting this up. So I started out by using the bootcamp application, setting up a 5gb paritition (FAT32 since i dont get to choose the format) for windows xp and i then inserted the OS disc to start the installation. So after rebooting I get the Windows xp home edition setup and then installed it on the paritition that i setup for it and after rebooting i still come back to the setup screen for installing over a paritition. Where might I be going wrong at this stage?
Rottenraisin
Go back and set the Windows partition to use 32GB. Then when Windows setup gets to the point of showing your drives, format the 32GB partition Fat32 (Quick) and start the install.

Rottenraisin
Hold down the option key when you boot up.
PNWDweller
When booting up the Macbook, hold down the Option key on your keyboard right after the chime, it should allow you to choose the startup disc from there.
