Nero live problem?

I use nero live for cable tv the problem is that it works fine for a few weeks then on one fine day it throws up this50086660.jpg

earlier the same problem happened i fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the application but today that method even did not work my tv card is ASUSTeK TV7134 BDA Video Capture i did not install or uninstall anything before this problem appeared and it would be greatly appreciated if you folks help me
