Here is my desktop for this month, not long installed fedora as was having issues with windows for example no sound due to driver causing BSoD.

Experiences are great so far, I'm a linux noob.

This may have been true years ago, with today's hardware it doesn't matter at all, the memory consumption and processing power needed are minimal.

yes it is, fedora doesn't look like that as defaultt though, I had to set preferences to make the top panel transparent and the color it is.

While it may look extremely simple, I have a lot of stuff on auto-hide and such. Firefox bookmark toolbar is on auto-hide. Foobar has full options and I control it with my keyboard.

I found out that I can run 1080 progressive, high definition on my PC monitor today.

My desktop hasn't been the same sense.

The resolution is phenomenally better and the way things look and display is just beautiful.

Also; I'm seeing a lot of people saying "Link to wallpaper?", please remember people; TinEye is your best friend, it's mentioned on the first post of this thread, and there's even a Firefox extension that makes it -very- easy to find peoples desktops.

Did you even read the post? If you put the image into tin eye the image comes up at a number of resolutions.
