it seems some people have missed the point of energy drinks they're not to replace sleep/rest or regular drinks they're to make you go that extra mile and give more than what rest/sleep can.

How bout the 5 hour energy drinks? Does anyone use those. I kind of like them. You don't get a buzz or anything but they do work lightly, if you will. Like they don't throw you into overdrive or anything, but then you don't get that crash either.

I find that energy drinks, if anything, just make me more tired..

I almost never drink energy drinks, but the one that I've found is the best is called "Bawls". Used to be that you could only special order it online, but a few years ago some grocery stores started to carry it. :yes:

Coffee is how I survive the day going on no sleep.

Its a flavoured Syrup for the Sodastreams. Nearly a Redbull equiv, but allot cheaper.

Here in Aus you pay around $3 for a 500ml can of energy Drink, for the extreme is $7.50 for a bottle of syrup that makes 12 Litres.

BTW for those in Australia, so far the only place I can get it from is Harvey Norman. And they usually run out quick so by a few or you'll be waiting.
