Ahhh Tesco Kick, I used to buy bottles of that stuff :laugh:

I remember once drinking 1.5 litres of that stuff and ended up shaking like a sh1tting dog!

What's with all these tiny 'shot' bottles I see on the shelves? They are dearer than the full size cans, are they just the full size can with all the water removed making them super strong?

I tried it simply because my dad works for Pepsi so he was able to get me a few cans. It tastes great. I never drank energy drinks because they have no effect on me, but now I'll have an Amp every once in a while simply for the taste.

Energy drinks are all prohibitively expensive, and only so because people buy them at that price.

Every once in a while I'll buy a large Jolt can from 7-11 but that's pretty much it. If I'm in desperate need of caffeine I'll just take an Equate Stay Awake caffeine pill.

200mg caffeine per tablet, 80 tablets for ~$8. You'd need 200 cans of 8.2oz red bull to get that much caffeine.. And how much are those 4-packs? $6-8? Even at the low end (lets say $5 for a 4 pack), that's $250 worth of Red Bull for the same amount of caffeine content.

I've only ever tried Red Bull, which is way too expensive to have frequently (as are all energy drinks here). Plus, I don't think they quite work on me, although I do like the taste of Red Bull.

A cup of tea does the job f well enough or me.

Amp normally, but the Grocery Store was out last time so I'm having a Monster.. Both work, but I like Amp the most because I find it has the best flavor, most of the rest have a strong taste that makes me cringe.

I usually drink NOS. It's a nice boost, and I actually like the flavor. I would actually drink a decaf NOS if they made such a thing LOL

However, most of the time I just drink black coffee, as it is cheaper than any energy drink.

No really, I drink this. It's called Oronamin C, as in Vitamine C. It's Japanese but it's sold all over here in the Middle East.

I normally drink Lucozade. I have tried red bull and relentless but not keen. Monster is good though.
