WarMouse released awesome 18-Button OpenOfficeMouse

Are those two teal buttons the left/right mouse buttons? That's an awfully small area for the two most common mouse click operations. Did they even do any ergonomics research on this mouse at all?

ergonomics research would probably have been too 'proprietary' for them

when having a joystick, a keyboard and a mouse isnt enough, you need the joyboardmouse ...

the buttons look like theyre from 1980 or something... in fact the whole setup looks like a colecovision-era gaming controller bolted onto a mouse

i mean like how far apart do you have to spread your fingers to hit the big buttons... or is that not how you are supposed to use it?

Wow, that thing is more stupid than the WoW mouse... and ironically the place it would be least usable is any kind of office app where keyboard is king, and any half decent office worked will tell you they hardly ever touch the mouse

yeah.. if anything you need a keyboard with a mouse trackball on the edge.......

plus even with all those buttons it doesnt look cutting edge.. it looks like a era 1998-2001 mouse that shipped with WinME

We could do something about it.

Take the plastic outside off and apply something nice!

Add some tunning! Lights on the buttons and stuff

Reprogram the firmware.

... and we got here a cyber war station ... mouse! :b

As said, surely in an office environment, which involves lots of typing, you want to move your hand away from the keyboard as little as often - and keyboard shortcuts/macros don't set you back $70.

Nor do they look that damn ugly on your desk.

That's so amazing I want ten of them, this design is so ahead of its time that years from now when beige makes a comeback I will be laughing at all of you with your fancy razor mouses.

I also thought that the black cord on a white mouse was a stroke of genius.

Please note that the above is obvious sarcasm and should be taken as a joke!
