How do I unsubscribe ?

No need to create multiple threads!!

To disable being e-mailed - click the Control Panel button at the top of your screen. Under the "Options" setting on the left hand side, choose "E-Mail Settings" and remove the ticks from every box, then click the "Amend My Settings" button at the bottom of the screen to save it.

Can you please post a screenshot of what you see when you do click on Control Panel? I don't understand why you can't see the options.

I've tried modifying it for you directly through our Admin control panel, but unfortunately we can't manage e-mail based subscriptions directly for you.

I wonder if there is a simple way to take a screenshot and send it quickly in Win 7

I had to work with this by opening a new Word document and pasting it into it, which is not so convenient

I have uploaded a docx file, but I see nothing here. I wonder then why it is not uploaded.

I am quite surprized that the administration is not able to unsubscribe me

This means that this site is a spammers site, so they can spam me without me being able to stop it.

this is an issue with IPB ( our forum software )

This means that this site is a spammers site, so they can spam me without me being able to stop it.

at some point you will have (accidentally) chosen to subscribe to a forum, it will email you when somone makes a post in a forum.

I am getting several emails a day and always with instruction how to unsubscribe but I could not follow those instructions, nor can I follow your instructions here, I do not recognize the layout somebody has sent, or any of your instructions here in this Forum.

I have now set up a filter in my mail in order to delete any mail from this site.

how to contact the administrator of this site ?

Hey - yes it is visible, so I can now see it :) Hover your mouse over the word Control Panel. You'll get a pop up menu - don't click any of the options there, just click on the word Control Panel, and you should see the screen we mentioned above.

But I do not see such a menu.

Pasting an image into Word and printing the document to a PDF file has to be the most complicated way possible to upload a screenshot to a forum. :blink:

For any subscription found on each page, select the checkbox next to them and hit the 'Unsubscribe From Selected' button.

Yes it is. But how would you do it more simply ? I don't know how to paste it directly here.

The docx file could not be uploaded (perhaps it was too large ?) although I pressed the Upload button and it seemed to upload but it did not, so I made a pdf (which takes a minute with free programs) and it worked

In future, you could try using the built in Paint application which comes with Windows :) If you search for "Paint" in the search bar in the Start menu (or go to the "Accessories" folder), you are able to copy your screenshot into there, save it as a PNG or JPEG file and then upload that here :) It's much easier :happy: Obviously there is no need now though, but if you need to in future, you always can :)

I knooooooooooooow :D I just suggested that so he knows of other ways to save screenshots which are better than the way he tried.

Stephen's suggestion is probably the quickest, easiest and 'bestest' ever way though :) (happy now Ste? :p)
